A little about the Anatolian Shepherd Dog

Originally utilised as a guardian of livestock, the Anatolian Shepherd Dog has retained its protective instincts and is a devoted guardian to its family. Not outwardly aggressive, this breed can be territorial but otherwise laidback and friendly to children. 

 

 

ANATOLIAN SHEPHERD DOG HEALTH INFORMATION

The Anatolian Shepherd most commonly experiences Canine Hip Dysplasia and Entropian (eyelid disorder). Otherwise, they are a largely healthy breed.
