A little about the Dandie Dinmont Terrier
The Dandie Dinmont Terrier originated from a border country between England and Scotland. Despite its typical 'top-knot' of soft silky hair, it is a tough terrier who is intelligent, independent and loves to hunt. Due to this it still needs daily exercise, but if this is provided can be a good and faithful companion.

Occasionally the Dandie Dinmont Terrier will suffer Intervertebral Disc Disease and Glaucoma, but they are otherwise a hardy breed.
