A little about the Field Spaniel

 

The Field Spaniel is a hard-working dog who loves to have a job to do. They are dedicated to their family and highly affectionate but need exercise to stay docile. Happiest when they're on an adventure, chasing and exploring, they can be somewhat quieter around strangers. 

 

FIELD SPANIEL HEALTH INFORMATION

The Field Spaniel has few major health concerns, but like many retriever breeds is prone to Canine Hip Dysplasia and Patella Luxation. They require routine ear maintenance to prevent ear infections and more occasionally can experience heart disease, Epilepsy, and Hypothyroidism.
